The upcoming mutual fund ITI large cap fund is an open-ended fund which invest in large cap funds for the capital appreciation of the fund. The scheme captures different instruments to invest like derivatives, equity related securities, debt instruments which will also consider market fluctuations.
Objective: The primary objective of the scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation from diversified portfolio which predominantly investing in equity and equity related securities of different companies across various market capitalization. The scheme will invest in derivative instruments, equity warrants and convertible instruments. The scheme does not give any assurance or guarantee that the investment will be achieved.
ALLOCATION OF ASSETS:
INVESTMENT STRATEGY: This fund come up with an opportunity to invest in large cap securities with strong growth and sustainable business models, while managing risk. Large cap companies are those whose market capitalization is more than 50K crores. The scheme also seek participation of different equity related securities, debt securities and money market instruments. To design the portfolio, bottom up approach is used for stocks selection process which focuses on potential appreciation of stocks from fundamental aspect.
