Lok Sabha Election 2019: The sixth phase of Lok Sabha Election will begin from tomorrow (May 12) in all seven Lok Sabha constituencies. BJP is relying on the charisma of Narendra Modi, while the Congress and AAP are depending on the middle-class votes and support from Dalits, and Muslims, it is possible to see a triangular fight between Congress, BJP, and AAP. AAP and Congress tried failing to form an alliance in Delhi, will benefit the BJP since both parties have the same vote bank.
However, the party was once interested to make an alliance with AAP in Delhi but the AAP leaders wanted in Punjab and Haryana too. None of that matter now, Congress comes up with the decision of bringing their veteran leader and former Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit.

South Delhi: Bidhuri Vs Chadha
This time, the BJP’s MP Ramesh Bidhuri can get a good fight from AAP’s Raghav Chadha who is a charted accountant and the AAP’s party spokesperson. The reason behind getting acknowledgement from people is Chadha’s door-to-door approach and interacting directly with people.
However, the Congress pitching the Olympic medalist boxer Vijender Singh, who has a huge fan following. Despite, the fan following it is possible to see the fight between AAP and BJP.
North East: Fight to Retrieve Lost Vote Bank
Northeast would turn out the decisive battle between AAP, BJP, and Congress since the seat holds the highest concentration of Muslim voters near around 23 per cent which mainly consists of the migrant population.
The three times former Delhi Chief Minister Shiela Dikshit will be contesting for North East seat and go up against the BJP’s Delhi President Manoj Tiwari and AAP’s Dilip Pandey.
All the contests will be fighting against the cast equations and unauthorized colonies. With the arrival of Shiela Dikshit, the shift of polling could turn however Manoj Tiwari could benefit from this who is the popular face in that area.
There are nearly 270 unauthorized colonies and 46 slum clusters across 10 assembly constituencies in North-East Delhi.
East Delhi: “Atishi” as a Strong Contender
BJP surprised everyone by picking former Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir in their constituency to go against the AAP current affairs leader and East Delhi contestant Atishi who is widely known for her educational reforms carried out in the National Capital.
On the other hand, the Congress has fielded Arvinder Singh Lovely.
If we rate the contender then Atishi is the strongest contender in East Delhi followed by Gambhir and then Lovely.
Recently, Atishi alleged Gambhir over a number of issues. She alleged Gambhir for having two voter IDs.
North-West Delhi: Raj’s Presence could dent Hans’ Votes
BJP’s Sufi singer Hansraj Hans who has an ‘outsider tag’ will go up against Congress Rajesh Lilothia and AAP’s Gugan Singh. AAP continue to calling Hans an outsider and talking about Hans’ conversion to Islam. The presence of Raj’s presence and Singh’s past could dent the votes of BJP’s Hansraj Hans.
But, Hansraj Hans is so determined and working on the high-voltage campaign by bringing in celebrities like Daler Mahendi in his road shows. He also promised the citizens to build hospitals, easing traffic in north-west Delhi, and drinking water issues.
West Delhi: Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma Vs Mahabal Mishra
For West Delhi, the contest will be between Son of former Delhi CM Sahib Singh Verma – Pravesh Sahib Singh Verma, Congress Mahabal Mishra, and AAP’s Balbir Singh Jakkar. However, the fight primarily seems to be between Pravesh and Mahabal Mishra.
Most areas of west Delhi are Jaat-belt areas where some parts occupied by the migrant population.
Congress Mahabal Mishra is a quite famous contestant in West Delhi who is connected with people however the Verma has barely seen in the last five years. But, he might see votes coming to his way due to the Modi undercurrent.
New Delhi: Tough decision to make for traders
New Delhi is the hub of traders who were upset about the sealing, which has been going on since last year. It is the biggest issue of the constituency since the constituency has some very high-profile markets like Khan Market, Defence Colony, Connaught Place, Green Park, Hauz Khas, South Extension, and Lajpat Nagar.
But, instead of thinking the way to resolve this, the parties are playing a blame game.
