Today the BSE-Sensex opened on a flat note near 36,573.04 from its previous closing level of 36,582.74. However it recouped some of its morning losses and trading 64.39 points up, at 36,647.13. (12:51 PM IST)
During its trading session, many stocks hit their fresh 52-week lows and highs on BSE even including the shares of Godrej Agrovet which plunged today and touched the new 52-week low on BSE after the company reported weak results for the quarter ended Dec. 31018.
Godrej Agrovet’s consolidated total income rose to 19 percent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs. 1459 crore. Today it broke its previous 52-week low of Rs. 473.30 (11 Dec. 2018) and touched a new low of Rs. 471.50 (05 Feb. 2019).
