Yesterday, the NSE 50-share index Nifty 50 opened flat at the level of 10,390.30 and ended the volatile session sharply lower on 10,301.05. During its trading, it touched the intraday low of 10,279.35. The market ended lower weighed down by rupee’s new low and crude volatility. The index made a bearish candle formation on the daily charts. The index made an intraday high of 10,397.60 but lost all its morning gains later. Although it tried to recover in the closing hours but caught in a bear trap again.
On the other hand, the Nifty index closed at 24,527.65.
Update: Major indices of Wall Street ended lower as investors worried over global growth prospects, fled from materials and industrials stocks.
Taking cues from the global sentiment and previous domestic trade, it is expected to see a flat opening in today’s session.
