The NSE Nifty50 index which opened near 11,542.70 at previous trading session closed on a slightly higher note near 11,600.20, 326 points up. After the gap up opening the market continued to stay in positive territory for the second consecutive session as the investors continued their buying on the government’s decision of slash corporate tax.
On the other hand, the BSE-SENSEX closed near 39,090.03, 1075.41 points up while opening at 38,844.00.
Global Market: The major indices of the Wall Street closed on a mixed note at previous trading session with the gains in the Apple shares and mixed economic data. As a result, the DJIA closed to 26,949.99, 14.92 points up while the S&P500 closed to 2,991.78, 0.29 points down.
Taking cues from previous trading session and global sentiment, it is expected to see a positive opening in today’s trading session.
