The National Stock Exchange (NSE) Nifty index opened higher in Thursday’s trading session at 10,441.70 from its previous close of 10,386.60. However, it closed 6.15 points down at 10,380.45. During its trading session, it touched an intraday low of 10,341.90.
Benchmark indices started off November month on a flat note on Thursday after losing around 5 percent due to mixed quarterly earnings and October sales. As a result, the index made a small candle on daily candlestick charts.
Taking cues from the global sentiment and previous trading session, it is expected to see a positive opening in today’s trading session.
