The NSE Nifty50 index which closed opened near 11,515.40 at previous trading session closed on a lower note below 11,400 levels at 11,359.90, 114.55 points down. During its trading session the domestic index touched an intraday low of 11,247.90.
On the other hand, the BSE-SENSEX closed near 38,305.41, 361.92 points down. The domestic indices continued its downward trend for the third consecutive day as over the cut in corporate tax was overshadowed by distress in the financial sector. As a result, the Nifty formed a large bearish candle on daily candlestick charts.
Global Market: The major indices of the Wall Street suffered due to the recent employment and manufacturing data depicting the US China trade war is taking an increasing toll on the US economy.
Taking cues from the previous trading session and trend on SGX Nifty, it is expected to see a negative opening in today’s trading session.
