The U.S stock index futures opened higher in the early trading session on Wednesday after Italy said that they are taking steps to minimize their budget deficits in the coming years.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced to 26,833.47. Futures for the S&P 500 opened higher at 2934.88. The Nasdaq climbed to 8034.65.
The investors are also keenly waiting for the speech of the Federal Reserve officials who will speak on the U.S economy and the labor market.
