The recurring statements from U.S President Trump on agreement over U.S-China trade deal is complicating the the sentiments of market participants. The index was opened on a flat to positive note at 12,071.25 levels and started trading lackluster ahead of monetary policy from eight-member led committee. However, a back and forth movement was witnessed after RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das signaled for maintaining the status quo but reduced GDP outlook to 5%. Indices are trading mixed while media stocks gained 2.11%. Market Breadth is neutral as 833 stocks were advanced while 892 were trading in red.
