3. ADVISORYMANDI not gives/throwing/displaying any call for trading from its own. Advisorymandi is only facilitating services, market call, etc. from the SEBI registered various advisory firm/company/individuals/market analysts for the users. User of this website is free to choose any call from the one or more advisory firm/company/individuals/market analyst or reject/not opt any services. Advisorymandi shall not be liable for any loss(es) of the users if he/she execute trades on the basis of market call given by the various analyst over our platform. Advisorymandi or its channel partner shall not be liable for any damage caused to by whatsoever mean including but not limited to getting the research report, call etc from registered analyst.

4. For availing the services under the Site, registration by the User is required. You will have a password and account designation upon completing the registration on the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. By registering, you agree to the following terms in addition to any other specific terms which shall be posted at an appropriate location of the Site. Each registration is for a single individual user only. To access these services, you will be asked to enter your individual User Name and Password. Therefore, we do not permit i) Any other person sharing your User Name and Password ii) Any part of the Site being cached in proxy servers and accessed by individuals who have not registered with Site as users iii) Access through a single User Name and Password being made available to multiple users on a network.

5. As part of the process necessary to set up an account on the Site (an "Account") and obtain access to certain parts of the Services, you will be required to either provide your full name, email address, password, and phone number (the "Registration Credentials"). You must ensure that your Registration Credentials are accurate, truthful and updated. Advisorymandi is not and cannot be a party to or control in anymanner any transaction between the Website's Users or with Market Analyst. Further Advisorymandi or our channel partner role is to facilitate various research analyst and its research report/call before you so that you can choose best one among the other as per your need and strategy.

8. ADVISORYMANDI or its channel partner does not make any representation or Warranty as to specifics (such as any kind of profit accuracy of market call, etc) of the Analysts or services proposed to be sold or offered to be sold or purchased on the Website. Advisorymandi or its channel does not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse any call, etc.

9. Our website may use cookies. By using our website and agreeing to these terms of use, you give your consent to our cookies policy in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy.

10. ADVISORYMANDI or its channel partner may change or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time, including, its content or features. Advisorymandi reserves the right to change the Terms of Use applicable to use of the Site. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice, which shall be placed on the Site.

ADVISORYMANDI shall not be liable for any damage to User's computer system or loss of data that result from the download of any content, materials, and information from the Site or use of any software, systems, functionality, or other services on the Site. Under no ​ circumstances will Advisorymandi or its channel partner be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, inaccurate, false, incomplete, threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, illegal content, infringement of other’s rights including intellectual property rights, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted or uploaded. Further, under no circumstances, Advisorymandi shall be liable for any unlawful act of the User or its affiliates, relatives, employees, agents including misuse of any data, unfair trade practices, fraud, cyber squatting, hacking and other cyber crimes. The liability of Advisorymandi.com, its officers, directors or employees, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the amount of money you transferred to Advisorymandi.com to buy any product from its vendors (registered research analyst) in relation to the transaction giving rise to such liability provided that you have not used such procured service(s)/product.

22. Any information provided by the User will be shared with any third party as per discretion of ADVISORYMANDI. We reserve the right to use the information to provide the User a more personalized online experience.

23. If the Site provides links to web sites and access to content, products and services from third parties, including users, advertisers, affiliates and sponsors of the Site, you agree that Advisorymandi is not responsible for the availability of, and content provided on, third party web sites or content. The User is requested to peruse the policies posted by other web sites regarding privacy and other topics before use. Advisorymandi is not responsible for third party content accessible through the Site, including opinions, advice, statements and advertisements, and User shall bear all risks associated with the use of such content. In such case also, we or our channel partner will not be liable for any loss caused to you.

27. By using any third party content, User may leave the Site and be directed to an external website, or to a website maintained by an entity other than ADVISORYMANDI. If you decide to visit any such site, you do so at your own risk and it is your responsibility to take all protective measures to guard against viruses or any other destructive elements. Advisorymandi makes no warranty or representation regarding, and does not endorse, any linked web sites or the information appearing thereon or any of the products or services described thereon. Advisorymandi respects your privacy and in the event that you choose to not receive such mailers, Advisorymandi will take all steps to remove you from the list.

ADVISORYMANDI recognizes the receipt, transmission or distribution of spam emails (unsolicited bulk emails) as a major concern and has taken reasonable measures to minimize the transmission and effect of spam emails in its computing environment. All emails received by NSE, are subject to spam check. Any email identified as spam will be rejected with sufficient information to the Sender for taking necessary action. With this measure, along with other technical spam reduction measures, Advisorymandi hopes to minimize the effect of spam emails. Advisorymandi reserves the right to reject and/or report any suspicious spam emails, to the authorities concerned, for necessary action, from time to time.

36. No failure or delay by Advisorymandi in exercising any right, power or privilege under the Terms of Use will operate as a waiver of it, nor will any single or partial exercise of it preclude any further exercise or the exercise of any right, power or privilege under the Terms of Use.

37. The Site is controlled, operated and administered by Advisorymandi from its offices within India. Advisorymandi makes no representation that Materials on this site are appropriate or available for use at any other location(s) outside India. Any access to this site from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use the site or export the materials in violation of any applicable export laws and regulations. You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Advisorymandi, its corporate affiliates and their respective officers, directors and employees immediately upon demand from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees and other charges whatsoever, howsoever caused, that may arise as a result of: (i) any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you or (ii) violation by you of any law or the rights of any third party. Without prejudice to any other rights in these Terms and Conditions, if you breach in whole or in part any provision contained herein, Advisorymandi.com or any of its corporate affiliates which provides Services to you reserves the right to take such action as it sees fit, including (but not limited to) terminating any agreement in place with you, terminating or blocking the Services offered to you via the Site and/or taking legal action against you.

ADVISORYMANDI has organised a championship namely “Pro Advisory Champion Season-I” which was a concept of one of its kind, where only SEBI registered Analyst, Investment Adviser, were allowed to register and participate in the championship, to provide advices on Indian Stock market on intraday basis and positional basis. Motto and sprit behind the Pro Advisory Champion Season- I to help the trader and investor to choose best one among the SEBI registered Analyst and do not relied upon unsolicited advisors. Advisorymandi will organise similar championship on continuous basis and you are also entitle to participate in the event as per terms of condition mentioned hereinabove and following terms & Condition.

● For participating in the event, registration is required

● You can use, analyse given research report, call of various advisors/analyst free of cost or as per terms of Advisorymandi and give ranking and rating.

● ADVISORYMANDI is not give any assurance or fixed return to the investor at any point of time or send trading call through SMS, call or any other means.

● ADVISORYMANDI shall not be liable for any incurred loss or future loss of the investor who has used market call of participant advisor in this championship.

● The Website is a platform that investor can use to meet and interact with various market/technical analysts for their investment purpose. Advisorymandi is not and cannot be a ​ party to or control in any manner or any transaction between the Website's Users or with Market Analyst.

● Advisorymandi has a right to use your name and logo within and outside the website for the presentation and promotion purpose.

● ADVISORYMANDI shall not guarantee any prize of position to any participant of this event on recommendation of investor at any point of time. The decision of the governing board will be final and bounding to each and every participant

● ADVISORYMANDI will not responsible for malign content posted by other party on website.

● You may make all data/information related to Advisorymandi Confidential and not share with any third party however Advisorymandi is free to share your name, logo, and data with third party.

● You agrees to indemnify and not hold ADVISORYMANDI, its officers and employees, and its partner harmless from any claim, demand or damage, including reasonable attorney’s fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Site.

● Any information provided by you will be shared with any third party or user as per discretion of ADVISORYMANDI. Advisorymandi reserve the right to use the information to provide the User a more personalized online experience.

52. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of India and the courts at DELHI shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain and try any matter arising out of this Agreement or any agreement(s) there under, without regard to conflicts of law principles thereof. This is the case regardless of whether you reside or transact business with Advisorymandi.com anywhere else in the world.

53. If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

54. In case of any dispute may arise, you agrees that you shall refer the dispute for resolution through arbitration proceeding under the Sole arbitrator appointed from the Panel of Arbitrator of ADVISORYMANDI. The seat of arbitration is Delhi. All the arbitration proceeding to resolve the dispute will be carried out as per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 as amended up-to-date. The Arbitration Award will be final and binding on you. The Terms & Condition (Terms of Use) shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under the Terms of Use.
